Biography: William H. “Bill” Musselman, 58 of Bucyrus passed away on Sunday February 21, 2016 at Kindred Hospital in Mansfield. Bill was born May 8, 1957 in Bucyrus to the late Floyd and Catherine (Spears) Musselman. He was married July 8, 1978 to Jenny (Thacker) Musselman who survives. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers Curtis and Randy and nephew Dennis Musselman.
Bill is also survived by children Toni (Al) Johnson, Georgetown, SC; Pete (Melanie) Thacker, Bucyrus; Mike (Crystal) Thacker, Crestline; Vickie Musselman, Bucyrus; grandchildren Jimmy, Kimberly, and Derrick Saum, Nathan Thacker, and Kadence Musselman; great grandchildren Carson, Derrick, Madison, and Landyn; brothers Kenneth (Deb) Musselman, Bucyrus and Calvin (Wendy) Musselman of Bucyrus; sisters Brenda (Kevin) Lawson, Pekin IN and Patty Robinett, Bucyrus; and special nephews Ben and Chandler.
Bill lived his entire life in Bucyrus and attended Bucyrus City Schools. He worked as a bartender at Boots and the Rail in Bucyrus. Bill was an avid O.S.U. and Bengals fan. He loved motorcycle riding, cars, spending time with grandkids, his dogs, and was a past member of the Moose.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday at 1:00 pm in the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home with Rev. Ted Thomas officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. The family suggests in lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Lupis Foundation of America.
