William “Bill” C. Zornes

Biography:  William “Bill” C. Zornes, 68, of Bucyrus, OH passed away at home after a lengthy illness July 17th, 2017. Bill was born to the late Chester and Evelyn Lois (Lane) Zornes in Bucyrus OH, October 13, 1948. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother Robbie Zornes.

Bill is survived by his son Tracy (Donna) Zornes of Canton; daughter, Diana (Jeff) Hickman of Bucyrus; sister, Barb (James) Webster of Brokensword; brother, Donnie (Cheryl) Zornes of Fostoria; five grandchildren, Patricia Zornes, Christina Zornes, Paige Hickman, Brennen Darnell, Kaydon Darnell all of Bucyrus; three step-grandchildren, Crystal (Howard) Mayle of Canton, Steve (Alesha) Bryant of Lousiville, OH, and Zyan Hickman of Bucyrus;two great-grandchildren, Nevaeh Stanley and Cash Blevins of Bucyrus.

Bill worked with Topline for a number of years as a truck driver. Then he went to work with A&G Manufacturing as a fabricator. In his spare time he loved riding his motorcycles. He was always working on something and never had idle hands. He was known as “Old Man Zornes” when he was out riding with friends. He will be sadly missed by all.
