Travis R. Scott

Biography: Travis R. Scott, 48 of Bucyrus passed away on Wednesday July 6, 2022 accidently in Ashland County.  Travis was born October 12, 1973 in Mansfield, OH to the late Harvey and Barb (Butterbaugh) Scott.  He was married December 1, 2001 to Stephnie (Kleinhoffer) Scott who survives.   

Travis is also survived by son Kael (Taylor Lemaster) Scott; brother Spencer Scott of Galion; sister Alisha (Jason) Lawrence of Mansfield; sister-in-laws Stacie Hargis, Shaynie Kleinhoffer of Bucyrus, Shelbie (Joe) Neptune of Kansas; father-in-law Earl Kleinhoffer of Bucyrus; and nieces and nephews Paul, Christopher, and Anna Scott, Gavin Anable, McKinley and Justus Hargis, Grace Clarkson, and Piper, Rourke, and Finley Neptune. 

Travis graduated from Mansfield Madison in the Comprehensive Vocational Carpentry School in 1992.  He was currently working for Hord Livestock in Bucyrus.  Travis loved all sports and particularly enjoyed baseball. He never missed a sport or activity Kael was involved with, and he looked forward to watching his son play baseball at college. Travis also supported the Bucyrus Little League and was a Board Member of several years. 

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 am in the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home with Chaplain Joy Cochran officiating and burial to follow in Oakwood Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 3:00 pm until 6:00 pm.  The family suggest memorials be made to the Bucyrus Little League through the funeral home and expressions of sympathy can be left at www.munzpirnstill.com
