Taylor Rai Cook

Taylor Rai Cook, 31 of Mansfield, OH passed away on Thursday December 28, 2023 at Avita Hospital, Ontario.  Taylor was born August 17, 1992 in Bucyrus to the late James J. Cook and Shauna (Moore) and Tim Hall who survive in Bucyrus.  In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents Earl and Mary Sue Cook as well as aunt Vickie Cook.

In addition to her mother and step father Taylor is survived by children Koen, Hazel, and Ember Fulton; the children’s father Aaron Fulton of Mansfield; maternal grandparents Thomas and Kathy Moore of Sulphur Springs; brothers Dillon Cook of Crestline and Hunter Hall of Bucyrus; sister Kristina Hall of Fredericktown; aunts Sandra Kelly and Amanda (Jeff) Delehoy; and very special cousins CJ, Keirnan “Kiki”, Tahj, Konner, Parker, Aiden, Ava, and Holden.

Taylor graduated from Colonel Crawford High School in 2010 and Pioneers Corrections Program.  She worked at MANCI as a Corrections Officer.  Taylor enjoyed music, dancing, her job as a corrections officer, and most of all she loved her children and family.

A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held on Thursday January 4, 2024 from 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm in the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home.  Expressions of sympathy can be left at www.munzpirnstill.com.  The family suggests memorial contributions be made through the funeral home.
