Suanne Jane (Schaublin) Eldridge

With heavy hearts, the family of Suanne Jane (Schaublin) Eldridge has announced her passing on January 1, 2025 at Altercare of Bucyrus. She was 72 years of age and passed away in her sleep after a long fight with several health issues. Suanne was born October 30, 1952 in Bluffton, Ohio.

Suanne was known for being a hard worker, dedicated wife, mother, and a devoted grandmother. Suanne worked and retired from Timken in 2005 and then spent much of her retirement doing activities she enjoyed such as camping, reading, and being active in the lives of her grandchildren. Suanne was known for her sense of humor and her beautiful smile.

Suanne was preceded in death by her father Kenneth Schaublin, her mother Martha Jane (Moffit) Schaublin, and her brothers Kenneth Schaublin II, and Bradley Schaublin. 

Suanne is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Roger Lee Eldridge; two children, Cindy Jane Eldridge and Christopher Lee (Alicia) Eldridge; grandchildren, Isabella Eldridge, Grayson Eldridge, Chance Eldridge, and Mackenzie Eldridge.

Services will be held on Saturday January 4 at 1:00 pm in the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home with burial to follow in Oakwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 11:00 am until the time of the service.

In lieu of money or flowers, the family asks for donations be made to either the Shriner’s hospital or St. Jude’s hospital since she actively believed in and donated to both causes.
