Samuel L. Cross

Biography: Samuel L. Cross, 58 of Bucyrus passed away unexpectedly on Wed. Dec. 24, 2014 at Bucyrus Community Hospital. Sam was born March 13, 1956 in Bucyrus to the late Joann (Rosebrough) Cross and Willard Cross who survives in Bucyrus. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by daughters Becky and Joleen as well as one brother and one sister.
Sam is also survived by wife Ruth Cross; granddaughter Angelica Cross of Bucyrus; brothers Paul (Kim) Cross, Bucyrus; Billy (Robin) Cross of Florida; sister Joan Cross, Bucyrus; and special friends Mick Riebe and Carol Snyder.
Sam lived most of his life in Bucyrus and attended Bucyrus Schools. He retired from Broken Arrow and enjoyed his pet dogs Rascal and Mikey.
Funeral Services will be held on Sunday at 3:00 pm in the Seventh Day Adventist Church. The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm on Sunday until the time of service at the church.
