Biography: Rosetta Butler, 62, of Bucyrus passed away on Friday May 2, 2014 at home, her death was unexpected following a brief illness. Rosetta was born March 24, 1952 in Vanceburg, KY to the late Flemon and Mary (Smith) Stone. She was married June 8, 1968 to Harold Butler who survives. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sisters Ann Oliver and Carlon Hurst.
Rosetta is also survived by sons Dean and Glenn (Jodi) Butler; grandchildren T.R., Cassie, Nickie, Caleb, and Gracie; great grandchild A.J.; brothers Junior (Cora) Stone, Bucyrus; Jimmy (Lucille) Stone of Nevada; and Harold (Geraldine) Stone of Waynesfield, OH; sisters Verna Baumgardner (Hughie) of Upper Sandusky and Vicky (John) Topper of Bucyrus; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Rosetta was a homemaker and for the past 7 years has been very active at Sunset Campground, she enjoyed cooking for everyone.
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 am in the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home with Rev. Carl Angel officiating, burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday from 5:00 until 8:00 pm. Expressions of sympathy can be left at munzpirnstill.com
