Rita M. Rankins

Biography:  Rita M. Rankins, 64, of Bucyrus passed away on Wednesday March 5, 2014 at Altercare of Bucyrus.  Rita was born August 5, 1949  to the late Robert Dunawayand Marilyn June (Meadows) Overbey.  She was preceded in death by husband Michael “Mick” Rankins Jan. 20, 2014.  Rita was also preceded in death by sister Debra June Holt.
 
Rita is survived by sons Christopher and Daniel both of Bucyrus; grandson Joshua; sisters Teresa McFarland, Vicky White, Velda  Overbey, and Annette Smith as well as brother Charles Overbey.
 
Rita was a Real Estate Agent in Bucyrus with Rankins Realty and for several years with various local Real Estate Agencies.  She lived in Bucyrus most of her life and was formerly a member of the VFW 1078.
