Rick L. Zeigler

Biography: Rick L. Zeigler, 57, of Bucyrus passed away on Sunday Sept. 14, 2014 at home. Rick was born June 2, 1957 in Bucyrus to the late Robert Eugene and Edna (Quaintance) Zeigler. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brother Robert and sister Pattie.


Rick is survived by son Rick and wife Jennifer of Bucyrus; grandson Lucas; brothers Jim (Mary) Zeigler, Bucyrus and Bill (Dawn) Zeigler of Bucyrus; as well as a host of friends.


Rick last worked at Ryder Brass in Bucyrus and lived his entire life in the community. He was a member of the VFW Post 1078 Men’s Aux. where he had previously held the office of Secretary, and was a longtime member of the Conservation League.


Memorial Services will be held on Friday at 4:00 pm in the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 3:00 pm until the time of service. Memorial Contributions can be made through the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home and expressions of sympathy can be left at munzpirnstill.com
