Biography: Richard Pfahler of Marion passed away on Wednesday afternoon at home. Richard was born in Chatfield, OH to the late Ivan and Naomi (Rossman) Pfahler. He was a Barber in Marion for several years retiring in 2006.
Richard is survived by wife Lucille (Fry) Pfahler; children, Bonnie White, AZ; Glenn (Susan) Pfahler; Karen (Steven) Thomas; and Roxanne Emptage all of Marion and their extended families.
The family will receive friends at the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home, 215 N. Walnut St., Bucyrus on Saturday from 12:00 noon until 1:00 pm. Graveside Services will immediately follow the visitation at Union Cemetery, Sulphur Springs. The family suggests memorials be made to the American Lung Assoc. through the funeral home.
