Biography: Rebecca (Becky) Jean Needs, 51, of Bucyrus passed away unexpectedly on Monday July 11, 2016 in her home. Becky was born on August 18, 1964 in Galion to the late Floyd Eugene Bryant Jr. and Charlyne Jeanne (Brady) Bryant – Harper. She married Thomas Thompson who precedes her in death.
Becky is survived by her daughter, Charlena Marie Thompson and her sister Carol Ann (Bryant) Greaves as well as her aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. She is preceded in death by her brothers, Ronald (Ronnie) Eugene and Floyd (Buddy) Eugene Bryant.
Becky lived her life her in the Bucyrus area. She was a homemaker living with her cat Sam whom she loved dearly. She enjoyed playing cards, Yahtzee, making jewelry, being on Facebook where she met many of her friends, changing the color of her hair, and playing her scratch off lottery tickets. She was a very kind and generous person and it made her day when she brought joy and happiness to another.
A memorial service is being planned for a later, the date and time will be announced when it is made available.
Memorial contributions may be made in Becky’s memory through the Munz-Pirnstill funeral home.
