Peggy S. Dweiel

Biography:  Peggy S. Dewiel, 59 of LaRue and formerly of Bucyrus passed away on Tuesday March 25, 2014 at Kindred Nursing and Rehabilitation Community in Marion, she had been battling cancer since December.  Peggy was born Nov. 21, 1954 in Bucyrus to the late Murray and Nancy (Fawley) Volkmer who survives.  Peggy was married Oct. 6, 1979 to Joe Dewiel who survives.
Peggy is also survived by brother Tim Volkmer, Bucyrus; sisters Wendy Tierney and Robbin Johnson both of Bucyrus; brother in laws Don (Debbie) Dewiel of Nevada and Dale (Vicki) Dewiel of Marion; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
Peggy was a homemaker and last worked at General Electric in Bucyrus.  She lived in the Bucyrus area until moving to LaRue in 2000.  She was a 1973 graduate of Bucyrus High School and attended the Bucyrus Nazarene Church.  Peggy was a generous giving person and touched many people’s lives.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday at 1:00 pm in the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home with Rev. Ray LaSalle officiating, burial will be in Crawford County Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 11:00 am until the time of service.  Memorials may be made through the funeral home and expressions of sympathy can be left at munzpirnstill.com
