Noveda Davis

Biography:  Noveda Davis, 89 of Bucyrus passed away on Sunday October 28, 2018 at Westbrook Assisted Living in Upper Sandusky. Noveda was born Feb. 8, 1929 in Greenbrier, TN to the late Tilmon James and Fronie Isabelle (Lewis) Agee.  She was married March 15, 1947 in Greenup, KY to William C. Davis who preceded her in death on December 17, 2016.  Noveda was also preceded in death by brothers Joe and Lloyd Agee as well as one sister Nellie Byrum.


Noveda is survived by daughters  Trudy (Roger) Kissling, Sycamore; Sandra Welty, Nevada; and Cathy (Jim) Weisenauer, Bloomville; grandchildren Laura Keller, Carey; Marcie Bay, Upper Sandusky; Kail Kissling, Trina Hoover, and Brent Welty all of Nevada; Angee Fortner, Bloomville; and Timothy Weisenauer of Bloomville; and 14 great grandchildren. 


Noveda was a homemaker and lived most of her life in Bucyrus.  She was formerly a member of Assembly of God Church and enjoyed playing the guitar and singing with her husband, cooking, baking, and taking care of her flowers.  Most of all Noveda enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.


Funeral Services will be held on Thursday November 1, 2018 at 2:00 pm in the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home.  The family will receive friends from 12:00 noon until the time of the service.  Memorials may be made to the Nevada Lutheran Church and expressions of sympathy can be left at www.munzpirnstill.com
