Merrill Mills

Merrill LeVon Mills, age 77, passed away at Bucyrus Community Hospital October 26, surrounded by family. Merrill was born to the late Dallas Gilbert and Gladys Leona (Day) Carrington June 30, 1946 in Bucyrus Ohio. Merrill was preceded in death by her parents, infant son, James Elroy Mills Jr., sister, Gloria Scott.

Merrill is survived by daughters, Pamela Albright, Diana (Charles Loubert III) Dewiel, and Belinda Dewiel; grandchildren, Nick Whaley, Kristen Nickelson, Makenzie Chatman, Diana Dewiel, Michael Dewiel, Danielle Dewiel, Shantelle Dewiel, Michael Shuster, Josh Albright, Hailey Albright, and Gage Dewiel; great-grandchildren, Peyton Armstrong, Rowan Nickelson, Braxten Lohr, Cambrie Burkholder, Colton Dewiel, Amerie Sinden, Charles Dewiel, Kaydence Dewiel, Shaylee Bibbee, Blaise Bibbee, and Clayton Shuster; brother, Jerry Carrington; sisters, Becky Layton and Carol Walker.

Merrill was very much a homebody. She enjoyed spending time with family, tending to her cats, and watching her TV shows. She loved car rides with the family, and in her younger years enjoyed camping. She will be deeply missed by all that knew her.
