Melvyn Y. Kincade

Biography:  Melvyn Y. Kincade, 71 of Bucyrus passed away on Wednesday Sept. 25, 2013 at Altercare of Bucyrus following a lengthy illness.  Melvyn was born Sept. 16, 1942 in Athens OH to the late Rollin and Thelma (York) Kincade.  He was married Oct. 3, 1993 to Shirley (Burling) Kincade who survives.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brother David, sister Doris, and niece Susan (Lester) Gibson.
 
Melvyn is also survived by son Brian Kincade of Bucyrus; step children Jon, Joe, and Trina Partlow; 2 grandchildren Dylan and Jordan; 9 step grandchildren; brothers Bill (Mary), Ron (Bev), James, Dana (Priscilla), Ed (Diane); sisters Rollinda (Roger) Lester and Ellen (Ed) Powers; father in law Robert Burling; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
 
Melvyn retired as a Mason Tender for LIUNA Local 574 in Marion after 30 years and for many years he helped his father as a plasterer.   He was a member of the Bucyrus Moose Lodge #669.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday at 1:00 pm in the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home.  The family will receive friends from 11:00 am until the time of service.  Memorials may be made through the funeral home and expressions of sympathy can be left at munzpirnstill.com
