Mary Z. Rupe

Mary Z. Rupe, age 66, passed away at Bucyrus Hospital surrounded by family, December 30, 2023. Mary was born to the late Chesley and Caroline (Woods) Clark in Greenup Kentucky August 24, 1957. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Carl Rupe; brothers William Clark, McKinley Clark, and Jack Clark; sisters, Hannah Cooper and Bessie Clark; special fur baby dog, Grayson.

Mary is survived by children, Phillip Rupe, Jennifer Rupe, Heather Rupe (Brian Bloomfield), and Jason Rupe; grandchildren, Shayde, Makiah, Bella, Austin, Lydia, Reannah, Aaliyah, Maryann, Brian, Abbigayle, Tavis, and 6 great grandchildren.

Mary spent most of her time with her family, whether it be babysitting, holidays, or just visiting, she loved her family very much. She never knew a stranger, plenty of her grandkid’s friends, even referred to her as their grandma. She loved going on walks and being outside. She would also take trips down to Ky regularly when she could to visit her family there.

Visiting hours are at Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home Friday January 5^th, 11AM-1PM. There will be a funeral to follow the calling hours at 1PM. Memorials may be made to the American Alzheimers association. Moments of remembrance may be left online at www.munzpirnstill.com.
