Martha J. Schaublin

Martha J. Schaublin, 101, of Bucyrus, passed away on Friday December 30, 2022 at Orchard Park in Bucyrus.  Martha was born August 29, 1921 in Benton Ridge, Ohio to the late Harry and Nellie Irene (Flick) Moffitt.  She was married February 27, 1943 to Kenneth E. Schaublin who preceded her in death on November 13, 1998.  She was also preceded in death by one son Bradley Kyle Schaublin.

Martha moved to Bucyrus in 1956 and had worked at Schrier Cheese Factory several years ago.  She was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ.  Martha enjoyed camping with the family, going on trips, and being outdoors. Her greatest joys were spending time with her family and hearing stories from her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. 

The family will receive friends at the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home on Monday from 11:00 am until noon.  A Graveside Service will be held on Monday at Benton Ridge Cemetery in Hancock County.  The family suggests memorials be made to St. John's U.C.C. and expressions of sympathy can be left at www.munzpirnstill.com
