Biography: Marlene Louise Kalb, 54 of Bucyrus passed away on Sunday October 4, 2020 at home, her death was unexpected. Marlene was born January 4, 1966 in Bucyrus to the late James G. and Christine (Campbell) Kalb. She is survived by her step mother Ruth Kalb of Chatfield; brothers and sister in laws Greg and Bev Kalb and Mike and Nancy Kalb both of Chatfield; nieces and nephews Douglas (Sarah) Kalb, Joe (David Newman) Kalb, Rebecca (Dustin Taylor) Kalb, Kaitlin (Aaron) Schindler, Nick (Alyssa) Kalb, Dan (Ashley) Barnette, and Sarah (Shane) Brown; great nieces and nephews Zack, Faith, Breanna, Travis, Zoey, Mallory, Emily, Savannah, Karissa, Harlee, Quinn, Dax, Brooke, Remi, Nora, and Michael; step brother and sister in law John and Sherry Kintz and step nephew and niece, Josh (Erin) Kintz and Miranda Kintz; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Marlene graduated from Buckeye Central High School in 1984 and the Art Institute of Pittsburgh with an Associate Degree in Photography. She worked at Argus Images in Lexington and the Home Depot in Columbus. Marlene was a member of the Nazareth Lutheran Church and enjoyed photography, traveling, and sharing time with her nieces and nephews.
A private burial will be held in Nazareth Lutheran Church Cemetery and a Memorial Service will be scheduled at a later date. Memorials may be made to the Diabetes Foundation or the Nazareth Lutheran Church Cemetery Fund. Expressions of sympathy can be left at www.munzpirnstill.com
