Mark Benton Linser

Biography: Mark Benton Linser, age 68, passed away at Signature Health of Galion December 31, 2018. Mark was born to the late Robert and Pearl (Stuckey) Linser August 8, 1950 in Bucyrus Oh. He is preceded in death by parents and spouse Bonnie Linser who he married Aug. 5, 1983,

Mark is survived by sons, Wes (Alyssa) Linser and Josh Linser; grandchildren, Reagan and Nora Linser; brother, Earl (Erma) Linser.

Mark graduated from Bucyrus High School class of 1969. He attended barber school and went on to work as one in Galion Ohio. Mark then worked at Checkmate and eventually retired from there. He enjoyed bicycling, weightlifting, and general fitness in his youth. He was a fan of Cleveland Indians, Browns, and Ohio State Football. Mark also would paint and above all loved spending time with family and his grandchildren.

Visiting hours will be Friday January 5, from 4-6PM at Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home. Funeral services at 1PM Saturday at Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Oakwood Cemetery.
