Biography: Marjorie N. Graves, 98 of Bucyrus passed away on Wednesday March 28, 2018 at Maplecrest. Marjorie was born July 13, 1919 in Mitchellville, TN to the late Ernest and Cora (Henson) Taylor. She was married October 16, 1939 to Osa K. “Casey” Graves who preceded her in death on Nov. 8, 1977. She was also preceded in death by son Larry W. Graves; granddaughter Jessica Graves; and siblings Beatrice Brown, Pauline Barnard, James B. Taylor, Mildred Hornak, Artice Kent, Eva Munday, and Harold Taylor.
Marjorie is survived by son Robert E. (Dodie) Graves of Bucyrus; grandchildren Becky Iery, Tamara (Bill) Donaldson, Larry Graves Jr., Elizabeth (Rick) Furrer, and Debbie (David) Cooper, 14 great grandchildren; 18 great great grandchildren; sisters Joan Lutz and Betty Sue Taylor; sister in law Betty Taylor; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Marjorie worked for several years at Swan Rubber and was a homemaker. She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church and did volunteer work in the outreach center. Marjorie also spent many hours caring for her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday at 12:00 noon in the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home with Rev. Marcellus de Oliveira officiating, burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery, friends may call one hour prior to the service.
