Lisa Marie Gifford

Lisa Marie Gifford, age 54, passed away after a lengthy battle with illness June 11, 2023. Lisa was born to the late Loyd and Betty (Zornes) Butler June 15, 1968 in Bucyrus Ohio. Lisa married her soulmate Jerry Allen Gifford December 1, 1990. Lisa was preceded in death by her parents. Lisa is survived by husband, Jerry Gifford; sister, Linda (Jim) Bassett; niece Cara Zellner and nephew, Cody (Julie) Zellner.

Lisa worked for many years at different assisted living facilities such as Village Care, Fairview, and Altercare. She was a nurse aide and would train nurse aides at these locations. After her career in nursing, she went on to manage an apartment complex for a number of years. Lisa loved visiting the zoo and loved animals.

Lisa had attended off and on at Freewill Baptist and Freedom Fellowship churches when able. She enjoyed trips to Gettysburg and sporting events, especially baseball. She had a hobby of collecting stuffed animals and loved spending time with her family.

There will be a graveside service at Oakwood Cemetery in Bucyrus, Ohio on June 21, 2023 at 12:00 noon officiated by Chris Stewart. Memorials may be made through the funeral home. Moments of remembrance may be left online at www.munzpirnstill.com
