Biography: Linda K. Tomlin, 62 of Bucyrus passed away on Wednesday December 7, 2016 at Riverside Hospital in Columbus. Linda was born Aug. 18, 1954 in Bucyrus to the late Donald H. and Martha (Fannin) Stuckey. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sister Tonya Stuckey.
Linda is survived by husband Rod Tomlin; son Mark (Lisa) Sharp; grandchildren Keaton Sharp and Kristian and Malenki Powell; brother Rick Stuckey; aunt Flora Reeder; step sons Ryan and Shane Tomlin; and her favorite pet Jasmine. She is also survived by several cousins.
Linda graduated from Bucyrus High School in 1972 and lived her entire life in the community. She last worked in the High School Cafeteria and prior to that for several years at Julie’s Restaurant. Linda was a member of Good Hope Lutheran Church and the AMVETS Post #27 Ladies Aux. She enjoyed going to Lake Erie, the ocean, and spending time with children.
Graveside Services will be held on Wednesday at 2:00 pm at Oakwood Cemetery followed by a Memorial Service at Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home at 3:00 pm. The family suggests memorials be in the form of contributions to the Crawford County Humane Society and expressions of sympathy can be left at munzpirnstill.com.
