Biography: Kenneth W. Spence, 53 of Bucyrus passed away on Saturday February 6, 2016 at Altercare of Bucyrus following an 8 month battle with ALS. Kenneth was born June 18, 1962 in Dover, Delaware to Bobby R. and Norma (Legates) Spence who survive in Bucyrus. He is also survived by daughter Amanda Holycross of Mansfield; brother Bobby Lee Spence of Bucyrus; niece and nephew Ashley Hall and Aden Spence; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and close friends.
Kenneth was a graduate of Colonel Crawford H.S. in 1981 where he played football and ran track. He formerly worked at Peco in Galion and attended Good Hope Lutheran Church.
A graveside service will be held on Friday at 1:00 pm in Oakwood Cemetery with Gene Luidhardt S.A.M. officiating. The Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements and expressions of sympathy can be left at munzpirnstill.com
