Biography: Kelly E. Gaudaur, 52, of Bucyrus passed away Tuesday evening at home. Kelly was born April 6, 1960 in Massillon, OH to the late Clifford “Jake” Gaudaur and Elizabeth “Liz” (Hardgrove) Gaudaur of Bucyrus. He was married Aug. 6, 1983 to Jodi Ann (Matthews) Gaudaur who survives.
In addition to his mother and wife, Kelly is survived by sons Chad, Kyle, and Derek all of Bucyrus; sisters Shelley (Jeff) Lynn, Greeley, CO and Sally (Todd) Stahl of Bucyrus; nieces and nephews Kara (Eric) Anderson, Erin (Adam) Klett, Erika (Kyle) Sybesma, Katy (Cody) Williams, Craig (Julie) Stahl, and Matt Stahl and son Wyatt; Numerous other great nieces and nephews, aunts, and uncles as well as Father and Mother in Law Don and Ruth Matthews of Bucyrus.
Kelly worked for the past 21 years for Guenther Mechanical in Ashland. He graduated from Bucyrus High School in 1978 and was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church and the Bucyrus Moose Lodge #669. Kelly never hesitated to help others and enjoyed spending time with his boys, motorcycling, fishing and archery.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 11:00 am in the Holy Trinity Catholic Church with Father John Miller as Celebrant; burial will follow in Holy Trinity Catholic Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home on Friday from 4-7 pm. Memorials may be made through the funeral home.
