Kandy L. Reed

Biography:  Kandy L. Reed, 56 of Bucyrus passed away unexpectedly at home.  Kandy was born May 20, 1957 in Bucyrus to the late Donald F. Reed Sr. and Jean (McLean) Reed Nickler.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by half brother Donald Jr. and step father Edward Nickler Jr.
 
Kandy is survived by step sister and step brothers:  Karen (Terry) Loy, Ashland; David Nickler and Danny Nickler both of Bucyrus; Ron (Deena) Nickler, Tiffin; half brothers Steven Reed and David Reed both of Bucyrus; numerous nieces and nephews; dear friend Renee Agee, Bucyrus; and loving pet dog “Nicki”.
 
Kandy lived her entire life in Bucyrus and was a 1975 graduate of Bucyrus High School.  For 33 years Kandy worked in Management Positions for K-mart and for the last 1 ½ years at Infocision in Mansfield.  Kandy’s family was very important to her and she will be sadly missed.
 
The family will receive friends at the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home on Thursday from 5-7 pm and on Friday from 10:00 am until the time of service at 11:00 am.  Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery and memorials may be given to the American Heart Assoc. or the Humane Society.  Expressions of sympathy can be left at munzpirnstill.com
