Biography: Joan Louise Stuckert, 87 of Bucyrus died June 13, 2013 in Crestwood Care Center, Shelby. Joan was born March 23, 1926 in Galion to the late Harry and Blanche (Flowers) Laughbaum.
In 1946 she married Lowell C. Kinn, who preceded her in death. Together they had three sons who survive; Steve Kinn of Naples, FL; Lon Kinn (Debra Kimmel) of Bucyrus; Kip Kinn (Jill Ashton) of Bucyrus; grandchildren Todd Kinn, Tim Kinn, Vanessa Wurm; step granddaughter Brooke (Jacobs) Manocchio and five great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by husband Wilbur Stuckert who she married in 1975, two brother Donald and Burnell Laughbaum, and sister Blossom Lamb.
Joan lived and raised her family in Bucyrus until 1978 when she moved to Naples, Florida. While living in Bucyrus she worked for the Timken Co. and the Columbus Dispatch. She enjoyed boating, fishing, bowling, shuffleboard, and playing cards. She moved back to Bucyrus about ten years ago.
