Joetta Dolores (Tope) Rowe

Joetta Dolores (Tope) Rowe, 85 most recently of Bucyrus, passed away on Friday May 26, 2023 at Galion Pointe.  Joetta was born January 19, 1938 in Bethel, OH to the late Charles Tope and Loretta (Wilmann) Burton.  She was married August 12, 1955 to Edward Daniel Rowe Sr. who preceded her in death on April 10, 2003.  She was also preceded in death by sons Darryl and Dan Rowe Jr.

Joetta is survived by children Steven Rowe, Michael Rowe, Darlene Gonzales, Rhonda Rowe, Cheryl Keuscher, and Beverly Rowe; 19 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren and 1 expected; and brother Ora Newberry. 

Joetta last worked at the Days Inn in Bucyrus.  She enjoyed baking, playing cards, and arts and crafts that included embroidering, crocheting, and quilting.  Joetta loved going to church and attended New Day Ministries in Bucyrus and the Nazarene Church in Leipsic, OH.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the New Day Ministries Church on Thursday June 8, 2023 at 2:30 pm with Bishop Ted Thomas officiating.  Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements and expressions of sympathy can be left at www.munzpirnstill.com
