Jeanette L. Weirick

Biography:  Jeanette L. Weirick, 92 of Bucyrus passed on Sunday Nov. 27, 2016 at Whetstone Gardens in Columbus.  Jeanette was born Sept. 8, 1924 in Bucyrus to the late Cloy L. and Olive (Green) Shaw.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sister Patricia Schnabel.
 
 
Jeanette is survived by son Robert Weirick of Columbus; nephews Mike and Doug Schnabel and Niece Christy Schnabel. She was Aunt De De to nephews Mike and Doug Schnabel and niece Christy Schnabel, and grand nephews and nieces Jade, Chelsea, Cody, Hannah, Olivia, and Landon.
 
Jeanette was a member of the Bucyrus High School Class of 1942.  She was formerly a member of the Eastern Star, Epworth United Methodist Church and the Salvation Army. 
 
Funeral Services will be held on Friday at 11:00 am in the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home with burial to follow in Oakwood Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm.  Memorials may be made to the Salvation Army or the Cr. Co. Humane Society and expressions of sympathy can be left at munzpirnstill.com
