James Daniel (Danny) Mullins, 75 of Bucyrus and formerly of Tollesboro, KY passed away on Tuesday following a brief illness. Danny was born April 13, 1948 in Bucyrus to the late Ray E and Ida E. (Wilmot) Mullins. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sister Polly Thompson, brothers Jessie Ray and Billy Mullins, and 4 nephews Lewis Wayne and Billy Ray Zornes, Kenny Ray Bloomfield, and Norman R. Thompson.
Danny is survived by children Woodrow (Tracey) Mullins of Tollesboro, KY, Brian (Daniella) Mullins of Georgia, Bruce Mullins of Arizona, Ellen (Wayne) Smith and Tami (George) Smith both of Tollesboro; 8 grandchildren Sierra and Amber Mullins, Tommy, Brittany, Briana, Austin, Alicia Smith, and Kaite Colonel; 3 great grandchildren; 3 sisters Mae (Lowell) Breyley of Bucyrus, Ruthie Zornes of Nevada, and Gladys (Roger) Knell of Sycamore; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Danny retired from Oberlander Tree Service in Bucyrus and enjoyed auctions, towing cars, social media on the computer, and visiting with family and friends.
Graveside Services will be held on Friday at 2:00 pm in the Whetstone Cemetery with Pastor Carl Angel officiating. Expressions of sympathy can be left at www.munzpirnstill.com
