Jack A. Agin, 74 of rural Crestline passed away on Thursday July 6, 2023 at home. Jack was born May 12, 1949 in Galion, OH to the late John D. and Doris Jean (Hartline) Agin. He was married June 19, 1969 to Mary (Bryant) Agin who survives. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother Rodney Agin and father and mother in law Robert and Phyllis Bryant.
Jack is also survived by children Dianna (Todd) Aidt of Galion and Robert Agin of Crestline; grandchildren Ronnie (Amber) Agin, Johnathan Agin, and Alyssa (Jordan) Engler; great grandchildren Ameliea, Leighton, Axton, Rowan, Mia, and Braydan; brothers John (Sharon) Agin and Gary (Wendy) Agin both of North Robinson and David (Sharon) Agin of Crestline; sister Pat See of Galion; brother in law Steve Bryant of Mansfield; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Jack last worked at BAJA Boats and prior to that at Galion Dresser. He was a Marine Veteran of the Vietnam War and a member of the VFW Post 1078 and American Legion Post 181. Jack loved the Lord and spent time watching old cowboy movies, playing euchre, and spending time with his grandkids. In the past Jack enjoyed playing baseball and softball and 4-wheeling.
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 am in the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home with Bishop Ted Thomas officiating and burial to follow in Oakwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday at the funeral home from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm. Expressions of sympathy can be left at www.munzpirnstill.com
