Biography:
Isobel E. "Liz" Konwinski, 92 of Bucyrus passed away early Thursday January 11, 2018 at Carlisle Place in Bucyrus. Liz was born July 15, 1925 in Oceola, OH to the late Fred W. and Orsella (Temple) Rossman. She was also preceded in death by brothers Charles and Robert as well as nephew William Rossman Sr.
Liz is survived by sister in law Linda Rossman of Bucyrus; nephews Steve, Mike, and Brian (Starla) Rossman; and 9 great nieces and nephews.
Liz retired from nursing in 1992, last working at Bucyrus Community Hospital. She graduated from Holmes Liberty H.S. in 1943 followed by a nursing degree from Toledo Medical College where she worked several years.
Liz was a member of Good Hope Lutheran Church, the prayer chain, and Bible study. She was also a member of the Kings Daughters, the low vision group, and was an avid reader of audio books.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday at 1:00 pm in the Good Hope Lutheran Church with Rev. Renee Ahern officiating, burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church on Monday from 11:00 am until the time of service. Memorials may be made to the church and expressions of sympathy can be left at www.munzpirnstill.com.
