Freeda Ann Beaty

Biography:  Freeda Ann Beaty, 79 of rural Nevada passed away on Saturday December 31, 2016 at Fairhaven Community in Upper Sandusky following an extended illness.  Freeda was born June 25, 1937 in Morehead KY to the late Richard and Ola (Fisher) Plank.  She was married Oct. 13, 1956 to Thurston U. Beaty who survives.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by son Jerry Beaty, brother Roy Plank and sisters Dorothy Roth, Jean Martin, and Wanda Stacy.


Freeda is also survived by daughters Betty Beaty and Rhonda (Robert Fuller) Beaty both of Bucyrus; grandchildren Alvin and Mark Stinehelfer, Jeremy, Zach, and Bruce Beaty; and great grandchildren Destiny, Mathew, Emma, Nikendra, and Ian.
Freeda was a homemaker and seamstress.  She moved here from Tennessee 5 years ago.  Freeda enjoyed quilting, vegetable and flower gardening and most of all her family.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday at 1:00 pm in the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home with Chaplain Steve Sturgeon officiating, burial will follow in Oceola Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm.  Expressions of sympathy can be left at www.munzpirnstill.com
