Biography: Frances Schillinger, 82 of Bucyrus went home to be with God on Friday evening, at her home. Frances was born July 28, 1931 in Bucyrus to the late Frank and Phillippine (Unger) Schillinger.
Frances worked at Timken for 37 years and was a proud lifelong Bucyrus resident. She loved decorating her house for all seasons and having people enjoy her decorations. Frances was also a master baker and cake decorator, making cakes for friends and family. Her flower gardens also were rivals to English Gardens with roses that won prizes at the fairs. Most of all Frances will be remembered for her love of animals and she would have saved them all if she could have. She leaves behind five of her beloved pets and best friends that will miss her terribly. Frances also leaves behind two sisters, Alice Kinsel of Shiloh and Louise Brown of Striker, OH; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
There will be no calling hours or formal services as Frances has given the gift of her body to science to help others. The family would like to thank Home Care Matters Hospice for their exceptional care and help. Memorials may be given to hospice through the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home and expressions of sympathy can be left at munzpirnstill.com
