Biography:
Farence Junior Beach, 89, formally of 311 First Ave. in Galion Ohio. Farence passed away March 6, 2020 at Millcreek Nursing Home. Farence was born to Farence Fredrick Rinehard and Sylvia Gladys "Lauer" Beach September 11, 1930. He married Josephine Helen Vaughan Nov. 6, 1949 whom preceded him in death May 14, 2001. He proceeded in death by parents, wife, son, Larry E. Beach; son-in-law Harry E. Fix; daughter-in-law, Rita Kay Beach; brothers, Louis W. and Calvin G. Beach; in laws, Ernest and Aldelia Myrtle "Hancock" Vaughan; sister-in-law, Ruth Beach and Betty Mckee; brother-in-laws, James R. Mckee and Donald E Cox, Ken Dyer, and Ernest L. Vaughan.
Mr Beach is survived by daughter, Barbara Fix; son, John F. Beach and his girlfriend Rosemary of Galion; four grandsons and spouse John J. and Dionna R. Beach of Mansfield , Terry Makeever of Chatfield, Eric L. and Alsia (Fultz) Beach of Cardington Ohio, and Michael J. Makeever of Galion; six great grandkids, 2 great great grandsons; four sister in laws, Shirley Beach of Shelby, Daisy Cox of Bucyrus, Dorothy Dyer, and Marion Vaughan both of Galion as well as several nieces and nephews.
Farence retired after 48 years from ITT Power Systems, he also worked part time after retirement landscaping. He belonged to the VFW in Galion, Crawford County Antique Tractor Association and St. Paul Luthern Church of North Robinson Ohio. He loved to play euchre and go square dancing.
Services will be at the St Paul Lutheran Church of North Robinson April 18, at 11AM. Officiating is pastor Jerrod. Burial will be at a later date in Galion Cemetery. Moments of remembrance may be left online at www.munzpirnstill.com
