Evelyn C. Zimmer

Biography:  Evelyn C. Zimmer, 80, who had lived in this area her entire life, passed away on Thursday July 30, 2015 at her home in Galion.  Evelyn was born Aug. 16, 1934 in Bucyrus to the late John and Kathryn (Heller) Patton.  She was also preceded in death by sisters Jeanette Campo and Miriam Smith as well as brothers Bill and Chuck Patton.

 
Evelyn is survived by children Sharon (Dale) Musgrave, AR; Laura Zimmer, Galion; Ken (Charlotte Larson) Zimmer, Galion; and Ron (Carolyn) Zimmer, PA; 10 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and two sisters Cecilia Morrison of Maumee and Donna Drake of Mansfield.
Evelyn was a longtime employee of Eddie Bauer Distribution in Groveport.  She enjoyed traveling and going to Casino’s.
At Evelyn’s request there will be no formal services and cards or memorial contributions may be sent to the Zimmer Family, 539 Portland Way S., Galion, OH   44833. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.  Expressions of sympathy can be left at munzpirnstill.com
