Esther Luella (Bergstedt) (Grasley) Young

Biography:  Esther Luella (Bergstedt) (Grasley) Young, 84 of Bucyrus passed away on Saturday August 20, 2016 at Bucyrus Community Hospital.  Esther was born April 4, 1932 in Hamler Ohio.  She was the daughter of Harold and Nellie (Risner) Grasley.  Esther was married Aug. 30 1962 to Earnest Ray Young who survives.
Esther is also survived by children Janice (Robert) Young and Danny Lee (Juanita) Johnson; sister Edna Grasley; grandchildren Robert Young Sr., Kelli (Brian) McCune, Timothy (Jackie) Young, Teresa (Jarred) Foght, Nathan Young, Shawn (Crissy) Johnson, Travis (Heather) Johnson, Aaron (Charlene) Johnson, Kristal (Joe) Loftis, Kimberly Johnson, and Katrina Johnson; numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brother Ronald Grasley and grandson Edward Lee Young.
 
Esther was a homemaker and lived most of her life in the community.  She enjoyed doing crossword puzzles, working in her flower garden, spending time with her grandchildren, and she loved her pet cat “Midnight” and dog “Mitsy.  Esther attended the Oceola Penticostal Tabernacle.
 
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 am in the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home with Rev. Carl Angel officiating, burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 4:00 until 7:00 pm.  Expressions of sympathy can be left at munzpirnstill.com.
