Biography: Donna Mae Schell, age 89, passed away unexpectedly February 12, 2016. Donna was born May 21st, 1926 in Bucyrus to the late Franklin and Mary (Link) Bonin. She was married to Robert O. Schell March 21st, 1949 for 30 wonderful years, he passed away January 21st, 1980.
Donna is survived by daughter, Shelley O. Durrett of Bonita Springs Florida; sons, Jeffrey O. (Christy) Schell of Bucyrus, Patrick O. (Tracy) Schell of Lewis Center, Martin O. (Lori) Schell of Crestline; brother, Robert Bonin; grandkids, Andy, Abbey, Parker, Kaden, Lily Katherine, and Jonah Patrick; great-grandkids, Baylon and David; step-great grandkids, Layla and Jackson.
Donna was always passionate about her sports, she loved football, basketball, and tennis. Whenever OSU was on she had to be watching. Donna loved going bowling and spending time with the grandkids anytime she got the chance. She was a member of the Bucyrus Moose, American Legion, and VFW. Donna was also a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church.
The family will receive friends Wednesday February 17 from 4-7 pm at Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association. Moments of remembrance may be left online at www.munzpirnstill.com
