Donna M. Korner

Donna M. Korner, 95 of Bucyrus passed away on Tuesday January 30, 2024 at Legacy of Bucyrus.  Donna was born February 17, 1928 in Bucyrus to the late John W. Eickel and Leola (Mullett) Eickel.  She was married September 11, 1959 to James Clayton Korner who preceded her in death. Donna was also preceded in death by daughter Carol Ann Korner and two sisters Nancy and Lois.

Donna is survived by children James, Robert, and Donald (Cheryl) Korner; grandchildren Kayla, Jennifer (Arron) Weber, Heather (Phillip) Evans, and Andy (Kylie) Korner; great grandchildren Grady, Addison, Jordyn, Braylee, Elliot, and one expected; and one brother John Eickel of Boston, MA.

Donna lived her entire life in Bucyrus and graduated from Bucyrus High School in 1946.  She worked at several area businesses over the years.  Donna was member of St. John’s United Church of Christ and enjoyed her pets, gardening, and sewing.
