Donald "Don" E. Honaker

Biography: Donald "Don" E. Honaker, 64, of Bucyrus passed away on Tuesday, July 7th, 2020 at Bucyrus Community Hospital. 
Don was born on April 26, 1956, in Bucyrus, to the late Clyde M. Honaker and Fern (Click) Honaker. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Janice M. Carmichael. 
Don is survived by his wife of 45 years, love of 51 years, Carol L. (Stein) Honaker of Bucyrus; children Chrystal L. (Honaker) Pfeifer of Galion and Wm. Christopher (Stephanie) Honaker of Redwood City, CA; grandchildren Cieara Pfeifer, Caeden Pfeifer, and Atlas Adams-Honaker; nephews Terrance "Tee" Carmichael, Marcus, and EJ Carmichael; ; as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins. 
Don lived his life in both Honaker, VA and Bucyrus, OH. He attended Bucyrus High School. Don worked at Ohio Locomotive Crane Co. as a welder for 23 years. He enjoyed fishing, was an excellent artist, and adored his grandbabies.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday July 11 at 2:00 pm in the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home.  The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm until the time of the service.  Expressions of sympathy can be left at www.munzpirnstill.com
