Dennis C Richardson

    Dennis C. Richardson, 59, of Bucyrus, died unexpectedly in his home on August 12, 2023, He was born on June 4th,1964 to the late Dennis E. and Joann Richardson. Dennis was preceded in death by his brother, Donald Richardson; nephew Brandon Richardson, and niece Casey Cuffman.

    Dennis is survived by his step-daughters and grandchildren: Jame Ba (Josh Patterson), and daughter Sirra; Jennifer (Kyle Weddington), and sons Qwentin and Mason; sister Debra Richardson (James Donaldson), nephew Scott (Robyn Cuffman) and niece Jaime (John Ortiz); sister-in-law Regina Richardson, nephew Josh (Tosh) Richardson; niece Sara (Derek Ray). He has several great nieces and nephews.

    Dennis was an avid fan of the Cleveland Browns with a wardrobe primarily consisting of Browns' t-shirts and ball caps. Football season was his favorite time of year with frequent phone calls with others on a game status.

    Fishing was another passion with a few choice special spots. He enjoyed the peaceful quiet. His collection of fishing rods showcased a few as décor in his home. He enjoyed showing them to guests.

     A Dale Earnhardt fan, he collected various objects featuring Dale: banners, posters, miniature cars, anything Dale. Family and friends were very important to Dennis. He enjoyed visiting and was a continual jokester, loved to laugh. Children loved him.

    Dennis worked for Swan Rubber and Whirlpool in Marion.
