Biography: David Lee Mullins, 60 of Bucyrus went to be with the Lord on Sunday February 11, 2018, his death was unexpected at Bucyrus Community Hospital.
David was born July 18, 1957 in Bucyrus to the late James Earl and Bessie Mae (Dewiel) Mullins. He was married Feb. 14, 1987 to Sissy (Gallant) Mullins who survives. He is also survived by children Jessica (Dirk) Palenshus and Catrina (Jim) Parker both of Bucyrus and Michael (Amanda) Burkett of Upper Sandusky; 11 grandchildren, Alexis, Katlyn, Brandon, Javan, Zeth, Blake, Shaylee, Cameron, Eli, Jacob, and Gracie; brothers Stacy (Amy) Mullins, Chatfield; Walt (Bonnie) Mullins, Galion; Jim “Moe” Mullins, Bucyrus; sisters Tina (Jeremy) Claytor, Caledonia; Betty (Isaac “Zeke”) Shepherd, Chatfield; and Nancy (Cliff Cassidy) Mullins, Chatfield; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
David lived his entire life in Bucyrus and attended Buckeye Central School. He worked for several years at Mansfield Brass and Aluminum. David enjoyed woodworking, fishing, camping, and most of all spending time with his children and grandchildren. David attended Freewill Baptist Church.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday at 11:00 am in the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home with Larry Parsons officiating, burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 4:00 to 7:00 pm.
