Biography: David Harold McClintock, age 82, went to be with the Lord, February 9, 2022. David was born to the late Harold and Mary (Ricksecker) McClintock January 1, 1940 in Bucyrus Ohio. David married Mildred (Monk) McClintock March 18, 1964. David is preceded in death by his parents.
David is survived by wife of 57 years Mildred McClintock; children, Kara (Marvin) Nolen and Jeff McClintock; brother, Tom McClintock; sister, Carol (Elmer) Caskey; grandchildren, Ryan Nolen and Emily Nolen; great-grandchildren, Khloe Rice, Connor Rice, Kylie Campbell as well as many nieces and nephews.
David was a graduate of Bucyrus High School class of 1957. He was active duty in the U.S. Army from 1958-1960. He worked for a number of years at Galion Iron Works up until they closed, as a machinist and assembler. David loved the outdoors, he took many trips coon hunting, deer hunting, and fishing. He also spent lots of time with his family and tending to his garden.
Visiting hours will be at Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home from 11AM-1PM Monday, February 14th. Services will follow visiting hours at 1PM. Mike Corwin will be officiating. Memorials may be made to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Services or United Methodist Church. Moments of remembrance may be left online at www.munzpirnstill.com
