Clyde W. Hensley Sr.

Biography:  Clyde W. Hensley Sr., 70, of Bucyrus passed away on Saturday May 31, 2014 at 8:47 pm in Select Specialty Hospital, Columbus.  Clyde was born Aug. 12, 1943 in Flatlick, KY to the late Stanley and Lillie (Brown) Hensley.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by son Clyde W. Hensley Jr; infants Elizabeth and Michael Hardin; great grandson Carson; and brother Sam Hensley.
 
Clyde is survived by children; Kevin of KS; Mitchell ob Bucyrus; Johnny of Bucyrus; Angie Allen of Mansfield; Barbara Hensley Stefanakis of Gainesville VA; and Chrissy Hensley Meador of Richwood VA; 13 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; brothers, John, Freelan, and Kenny all of Bucyrus; sisters, Ida Berry of Marion; Roxie Messer of Bucyrus; Kathy Reeder of Bucyrus; Brenda Lauthers of Bucyrus as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
 
Clyde had worked at Crawford Steel several years ago and had done sub-contract work for Swan Hose.  He lived most of his life in Bucyrus.
 
The family will receive friends at the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral home on Tuesday from 2-6 pm and Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday at 6:00 pm.  The family suggests that memorials be made through the funeral home and expressions of sympathy can be left at munzpirnstill.com
