Cheryl Lee Goyer

Biography: Cheryl Lee (Bowser) Goyer, 54 of Sycamore went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday December 22, 2015.  Cheryl was born July 29, 1961 in Mansfield to the late Robert “Bob” Bowser and Martha (Freeman) Bowser who survives.  She was married July 9, 1993 to Rex Goyer who survives in Sycamore, OH.  In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by sister Faith Ann MCGathey.
Cheryl is also survived by Sister Carolyn (Carl) Pendleton; step daughters Marissa (Sean) Kenny and Jennica (Joseph) Nigh; step grandchildren Ayden Adams, Jackson and Jace Nigh; as well as nieces and nephews. 
Cheryl graduated from Mansfield Madison High School in 1979.  She was an aircraft mechanic for several years and following that worked at various jobs.  Cheryl was compassionate and a great encourager and mentor to many different people.  She was her husband’s biggest fan.  Cheryl was a founding member of Victory in Truth Ministries where she worked many years with children.  Her hobbies included making cards and doing crafts.  Cheryl loved her terrier dog, “Radar”.
The family will receive friends at Victory in Truth Ministries, 485 ST RT 4 South, Bucyrus on Sunday December 27, 2015 from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm.  Funeral Services will be held on Monday at 11:00 am in the Church with Pastor JC Church officiating, burial will follow in Marion Cemetery.  The family suggests memorials be made to the 3 Cord Alliance Outreach through the VITM.  Expressions of sympathy can be left at munzpirntill.com
