Charles Kenneth Plakaros Sr.

Charles Kenneth Plakaros Sr, age 75, passed away at home unexpectedly September 27, 2023. Charles was born to the late Kenneth Willis and Margaret (Collins) Frasure November 29, 1947 in Ironton Ohio. Charles was raised by his adopted father, Agrious Plakaros whom preceded him in death as well. Charles was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Linda Plakaros; numerous brothers and sisters; and grandchild Aaron Stiltner.

He is survived by children, Margaret Rader, Charles (Debbie) Plakaros Jr., Laura (Michael) Richards, Tracis (Mike) Carpenter; grandchildren Alissa, Seth, Jennifer, Nikki, Jacob, Jordan, Gabe, and Joey; great-grandchildren, Madelyn, Remi, Tripp, Creed; special nephew, Homam Yaktin.

He was a graduate of Ironton Highschool and had went on to get a bachelors degree in Electronic Media. For his entire career, he had worked as a professional wrestling referee for the NWA. He loved fishing, watching wrestling on TV, and spending time with his family. He would frequent flea markets, garage sales, and thrift stores always looking for a good deal. Charles, had even volunteered at different times for St. Jude’s Children Hospital.
