Biography: Charles E. Swihart, 82 of Bucyrus entered into God’s glory on Friday, March 1st, 2013.
Born January 10th, 1931 in Wyandot County to Wayne & Iona (Barth) Swihart, both deceased. He is also preceded in death by his wife Joyce (Feurer), son Kenneth, one brother and one sister. Chuck is survived by wife Faye, daughter Linda (Terry) Miller and Faye’s children, Brenda Doerman, Bonnie Holmes, Stan, Phil, and Randy.
He is also survived by his grandchildren, Jason, Jamie and Faye’s seven grandchildren; seven combined great grandchildren; his sisters, Shirley (Carl) Schimpf, Sharon (Chuck) Hart; his brother Floyd (Genny); numerous nieces and nephews.
Chuck graduated from Bucyrus High School and retired from Timken in 1982 after 32 years of service. Chuck attended Victory in Truth Ministries where he let the light of his Lord shine as he served as a greeter and host to the young at heart group which he enjoyed very much.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday at 1 pm in the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home with Pastor JC Church officiating, burial will follow in Little Sandusky Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11 am until the time of service. Memorials may be made to Victory in Truth Ministries through the funeral Home.
