Carol Anne Tuttle

Carol Anne Tuttle, age 65, passed away at home February 18, 2025. Carol was born to the late Richard L. Sr. and Patricia (Yunker) Kennedy November 18,1959 in Bethesda, Maryland. Carol is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Archie Tuttle; brother, Richard Kennedy Jr.; nephews, Elvis Anthony King and William “BJ” Baum; nieces, Kara Lynette King and Emily Yunker.

Carol is survived by son, Chad Kennedy; grandchildren, Chade Kennedy and Gage Stoffer; great grandchildren Parker Kennedy, Tobey "TJ" Stoffer & Freyja Stoffer; brothers, Rodney Kennedy, Chris Kennedy, Victor “Vic” Nadata; sisters, Vikki Kennedy, Michelle Kennedy, Patty Kennedy, Ronda Kennedy.

Carol was a graduate of Wynford High School. She loved to cook and feed the neighborhood kids. She cherished her dog Silky, and will be deeply missed.

There will be no services at this time. Memorials may be made through the funeral home to assist the family. Moments of remembrance may be left online.
