Beverly J. Petty

Beverly J. Petty, 73 of Bucyrus passed away on Wednesday September 20, 2023 at Altercare of Bucyrus.  Beverly was born December 20, 1949 in Crestline to the late Roy and Mary (Zellner) Rose.  She was also preceded in death by husbands Douglas Young and Guy Petty; brothers Robert and Eugene Rose; and great grandchild Levi Stewart.

Beverly is survived by children Christine (Bill) Smith, Kathy (Terry) Etzinger, and Daniel Petty; grandchildren Emily Smith, Sarah (Bryce) St Clair, Travis (Lynnae) Stewart, Joe (Stacy) Orewiler, Terry (Cami) Etzinger, Lindsey Etzinger, and Kylene (Jason) Gibson; great grandchildren Kaden Stewart, Douglass Smith, Jackson, Levi, and Oliver St Clair; and one sister Dorothy Rose.

Beverly attended Colonel Crawford High School and last worked as a hostess at Bob Evans in Bucyrus.  She was very family oriented and loved her grandchildren.  Beverly enjoyed camping, traveling to state parks, and shopping.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday September 22, at 12 noon in the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home with burial to follow in Oakwood Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 11:00 am until the time of the service.  Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation, or the American Cancer Society and expressions of sympathy can be left at www.munzpirnstill.com
