Bessie Lee Campion "Gran"

Biography:  Bessie Lee Campion “Gran”, 92, passed away peacefully at home April 12, 2016. Bessie was born April 11, 1924 to the late PC and Evie (Wholesale) Amons in Cottontown, TN. Bessie is preceded in death by husband Alton “Sonny” Campion; son, Troy Wade; brothers, Milton, Otis, and Robert; sisters, Grace, Pauline, Ruth, Peggy, and Irene.

 
Bessie is survived by sons, Garry (Janet) Wade of Galion, Jim (Debbie) Wade of Crestline, Ted Wade of Bucyrus; daughters, Carlene (Larry) Bowers of Willard, Maurine (Roger) Erwin of Bucyrus, Phyliss Wade (Tom) of Bucyrus, Nellie Martin of Bucyrus, Melanie Neptune (Marvin Taylor) of North Robinson, and Robin Singer of Bucyrus; sisters Dorothy Pruit of Hendersonville TN, Almarie Jones of Nashville TN, as well as many grandkids, great-grandkids, one great-great-grandaughter , and many nieces and nephews.
Bessie loved to play her scratch off tickets when she got a chance. Her flowers were also very dear to her. She spent plenty of time canning different things and giving it away to family. Family was her number one priority she loved every single family member as if they were all her kids.
Family will be receiving friends from 11-1 PM Friday April 15, at the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 1 PM following visitation. Officiating is Reverend Jack Hager.
