Audrey C. Gabriel Cooper Kilingenberger

December 31, 1969 — February 19, 2015

Biography:  Audrey C. Gabriel Cooper Klingenberger, 84 of Bucyrus passed away on Tuesday evening Feb. 17, 2015 at St. Catherine’s Manor of Findlay.  Audrey was born Jan. 24, 1931 in Bucyrus to the late John P. and Clementine M. (Keckstein) Gabriel.  Her Grandmother, Mary Ann Keckstein parented her after the death of her mother at a young age.
 
She was first married January 22, 1951 to Raymond E. Cooper who died on Aug 4, 2005.  Audrey was married on November 26, 1982 to Charles E. Klingenberger who preceded her in death on Nov.15, 2013.  She was also preceded in death by  Brothers: John P. Gabriel and Gerald T. Gabriel, Son-in-Law:  John R. Wagner; Grandson: Mitch Wagner; Brother-in-Laws:  Robert (Louise) Cooper, Jack Cooper, James Cooper, Arden “Joe” Klingenberger; Sister-in-Laws:  Florence Katona, Helen (Kenneth) Swinehart, Doris (Richard) Young, Naomi Laipply; Mother/Father–in-Laws:  Calvin and Bergetti Cooper, Bertha Klingenberger; and very close lifetime friend Ann Pickett, whose husband Don Pickett survives in Florida. 
Audrey is survived by children Michael A. (Lou Ann) Cooper; Carol A. Wagner; Grandchildren    Erica (Neal) Metzger;   Elena (David) Gantt; Timothy M. (Lisa Wilson) Wagner;  Joseph R. (Michelle) Wagner; Amber M. (Jeffrey) Payne; great grandchildren Logan, Collin, and Brianna Metzger; Hunter and Ellie Gantt; Kylee and Garrett Wagner and Ty Wilson-Tanner, Teryn and Torie Tanner; Madison, Katelyn, and Jacob Wagner; Cole and Natalie Payne; Sister-in-Laws:  Alice Gabriel, Betty (Jack) Flowers, Janet Cooper, Cheryl Klingenberger; Brother-in-Law:  Raymond Laipply, Eugene “Frank” (Gloria) Klingenberger; and many cousins, nieces and nephews. 
Audrey was a lifelong Bucyrus resident and Bucyrus High School Graduate of 1948 of which she enjoyed class reunions.  She retired from Timken on March 1, 1991 after 31 years and 1 month.  She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church where she attended faithfully until her illness.  Audrey was also very active in the Women of the Moose #741 Bucyrus for more than 38 years where she earned these degrees, College of Regent, Star Recorder, and Academy of Friendship.  Audrey enjoyed her family with all their activities, holidays, cookies, flowers, and playing cards as well as spending time at her home in Florida.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated on Saturday at 1:30 pm in the Holy Trinity Catholic Church with Father John Miller as Celebrant, burial will follow in the Holy Trinity Section of Oakwood Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the Munz-Pirnstill Funeral Home on Friday from 5-8 pm where a Prayer Service will be held at 7:45 pm.  The family suggests memorials be made to the Alzheimer’s Foundation or the St. Catherine’s Manor Alzheimer’s unit.  Expressions of sympathy can be left at munzpirnstill.com
